We take the highest priority in our merchandise. As such, for any defective or damaged merchandise we will allow 7 days from the original time of receipt for such a return. Please note, return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. *** Please note, all damaged items may be exchanged for the same item of the same size only. *** Shipping expenses will be at no charge. All tags and packaging must be returned along with the original packing slip and damaged item. After final inspection the item will be replaced and a Tracking Confirmation Number will be sent once the damaged or defective item is replaced.

Refunds may be issued to the purchaser within 7 days of the initial receipt of merchandise. All refunded items must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition. All tags, garment bags and accompanying items must be included with the refunded article(s). All original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
